I sure do, If my girl and I have been busy all week, and been somewhat disconnected, I tell her.

I am on the road periodically, so sometimes, I'll draw something up on a blank card and write a little message inside, letting her know I am thinking about her. Add some cookies or something from the bakery.

I just drop it off in her mailbox on the way through and send her a text to let her know I was by.

Depends on the context. I only say such a thing if I know they WON'T use that bit of information to EXPLOIT that vulnerability. And they have to EARN that. I don't GIVE that to ANYONE.
