My girlfriend blocks me everytime we argue is this normal?

Hello guys and girls i hope you all doing well ,

so me and this girl we have been together for 2 years , and there is something that i hate about her is whenever we argue she decides to break up and block me while am writing her a message , and then she comes back later... ,

i told her it really hurts me when you do that, we have to communicate and stuff , she said i will never stop doing that...

What do you think?

Blocking is by some always considered childish (there is always a place for it in my opinion).

You've given very little information... but the little bit you have said screams 'Red Flag' to me.

Threatening to leave you, blocking... coming back... Sounds like 'Punishing & Reward', which is part of an abusers 'tool set'. And when you try to communicate you get the reply that she will never stop doing that...

I've been with someone for 11 years who did similar things (less directly in my face; everything went behind my back... but I knew); when I tried to communicate with her she'd look straight through me at the wall behind me, barely spoke a word and would only reply "I can't remember", "But you do that too" (Projecting), "I can't change".

Communication is key indeed, also, or maybe even especially, when you are having a fight. I applaud the fact that you engaged in a conversation about it with her. The fact that she says she will continue doing it and thus apparently doesn’t even want to take your feelings about the situation into consideration is a red flag though. I don’t think this is a good way of handling it from her part and I would advise you to keep discussing it with her in the hopes she will understand how hurtful this feels to you.
