How can I move on?

My ex and I broke up almost a year ago and I’m still stuck in the same place I was when we broke up. Shortly after we broke up he dated another girl until now but from what mutual friends have told me that after dating her he is now dating other women. He gets women so easily. I haven’t found any guy that is into me and I haven’t seen a guy I’m into. Most of them already have girlfriends. I don’t want him to see me and be embarrassed that I haven’t moved on.

Wow a whole year stuck on the same guy, that's rough. Breakups are never easy but at least you're free now ya know? Seems like he moved on quick but that's his loss. Don't worry what he's up to or who he's with now, that guy is history! I know it's tough seeing him around and feeling like you haven't gotten over it, but don't even think about what he might think of you. You gotta start living for you!

Focus on doing your own thing and having fun with your friends. Go out more, try new activities, enjoy being single for a bit. Guys can tell when a girl is still down about her ex and that's probably part of why no one new has caught your eye. But I'm sure there's gotta be some cool dudes who think you're great, you just aren't giving them a real chance yet. Cut yourself some slack, it takes time to get over a breakup. But sitting at home dwelling on the past isn't gonna help.

You're gonna be fine, I promise! This is your time to do you. The right guy will come around when you least expect it. Just try to put yourself out there, even if it's scary at first. Join a club, download a dating app, whatever it takes to meet new people. And don't worry what anyone thinks - just do what feels right for you. Stay positive, you've got this!
