As for me I never lost or never won a divorce settlement & that is only because I never got married & don’t plan on ever getting married & if I’m stupid enough to get married hopefully I’m smart enough to have a prenuptial agreement in place & a divorce lawyer on retainer.

Marriage is like a hurricane there is a lot of blowing in the beginning & when it’s all said & done your house is gone.

There is no winner or loser.. and if you have kids you do the right thing no matter what it is it's part of life and you make sure that your kids are taking care of to become the best that they can become and in that moment of divorce you're teaching them who to be how to be if they ever go through a breakup or divorce

Well I only know one that is and she didn't take everything from me I gave her most of it because I just wanted out but she tried.

I have never been married but I think in a divorce neither one wins anything and they both loose what was once a good marriage.

In most divorces, women win, and men and children lose. That has certainly been the case in my extended family.

Nope, not always. But definitely more often than they should. Women get hurt in divorce sometimes too, but by and large it is men who get the short end of the stick in divorce.
