How do you get over a break up?

Me ans my ex broke up a few weeks ago and it's still hard for me. We were together for 5 years and we literally just broke up and her reason was because I don't drive but whatever just an excuse. I paid for everything else so lame excuse but is what it is. The next I go shopping for some clothes I didn't know she was working we hadn't talked in weeks and she calls the cops on me. I never got arrested cuz I did nothing wrong but I got banned from the store is that fair? I just like the clothes I just wanted a fucking hat but yea. Sorry about the rant just need some advice thanks

As for that whole store incident, that sounds super messed up. Calling the cops on you just for going shopping is totally uncalled for. That's some petty, vindictive shit. Try not to let it get to you too much though - you did nothing wrong, and she's the one who's acting crazy.

Thanks a lot bro , I've been going to the gym like I regularly do, and I dance, so I've been trying to do that more often as well as play basketball and work. Yea and you know how the police are they always side with the women so it's whatever I guess.
