I wouldn't wear it. If you are still in contact with him, I'd give it back. Yeah, its a nice ring, but how could you explain it to another guy you are interested in. It would seem like you are still hung up on your ex. If you're not in contact anymore, maybe you could pawn it. Sounds cruel, but I was once in the same sitution as you, and I found that it is way better to put your past behind you and move one, than to take it with you. Hope that helps.
I still wear mine actually...but I've thought nothing of it until now. I think its ok just as long as your not subconsiously wearing it to hold on to what you once had. Wearing my ring has never been much of a problem although some boys occasionally ask me where I got it from but I think its ok...just switch fingers and don't go out of your way to wear it everyday.. I mean it is JUST a ring now

sounds a bit questionable to me. I don't know if I would return it, but I wouldn't keep it. sell it, give it away, have it melted into another ring, something.
besides, what about when you do get into another relationship? don't you think he'll ask who gave you the ring?
It is a gift in contemplation of marriage. Since the relationship was called off, it should be returned to him.

i think you that wearing an ring that your ex's gives the guys you date/ like that you still have feeling for that guy but I think it would be ok if you wear it around the house / appartment but whenyour on a date or something no way
you could wear it on your right hand. I think as long as you want to wear it and your okay with wearing it you should be able too.
