Why would a woman be pissed off that the court canceled child support and ordered her to pay it back when her ex was proved not the father via DNA?

Its a simple question. One would think she would want the truth right? I was sitting in a family court session recently, and This woman, who cheated on her husband, and then divorced him, Later it was determined that he was not the father, and the child support order was canceled. Not only was it canceled, she was ordered to pay every cent back, and his legal fees. She blew up in court and was placed in contempt. Sadly this is a common occurrence where im from, when child support is canceled. And women wonder why many men want mandatory DNA testing.

I'd imagine if this story is true, she is upset because now she's going to be in debt and she's losing out on an income she was previously getting. She got caught lying and it's a fitting punishment. If guys want a paternity test then let them have one. It's not a big deal.

It was true. I'm part of TFRM, and routinely observe family court on my days off, this was yesterday.

You're lucky though, some states automatically assume the husband is the father and don't let him out of child support. Even if it's determined he's not the biological father. Seldom is there any recourse for him and next to zero consequences for the unfaithful wife.

Why would baby momma be pissed? Because she thought she hit the lottery for life and she is suddenly forced to deal with the consequences of her bad decisions. Possibly for the first time in her life.

It's heartening to see this happening in a time when paternity fraud is so common and men's rights in marriage, divorce and parenting get so little justice. I hope it's a trend.
