Been together for a couple years engaged for majority of the time together. Known each other for a decade prior.
We separated almost a month ago. Not because we didn’t love each other. Not because of serious problems. It just felt like we both weren’t in it, like checked out.
I know I have my own personal growth to do and I have been working hard on myself. Staying sober, strict in finances and savings, bettering my physical and mental health.
I can’t shake the feeling that leaving each other was the wrong choice. I truly believe we should’ve worked harder to work through what we were going through instead of just giving up.
I just need some advice and guidance please and thank you ❤️.
If you’re going to be mean don’t bother. It hurts enough as it is I don’t need hateful comments adding on.

I don't think it was the wrong choice. You have to give it time and you will see that it was the best choice. You guys checked out. Grew apart. I know it sucks and it's hard to see it right now but eventually you will.
No, you must move forward and leave him in the past.

Figure it out. You need to move on.
