Dv case have a few questions?

my childs father was let out after dv case and ordered no contact. how does it work eventually for him to be able to see his child because i wouldn't want to keep him away. i didn't know calling the police and just because he pushed my shoulders that it would lead to all of that.

This would depend on what state you live in but since you did not say, you might have to file a petition with the court to give the father back his rights to see his son. If this does not work it will be up to him to file a petition with the court to get back the right to see his son & of course they will want your permission, but all that will depend on his past police record's. He gets supervised visitation -- someone else is there with him.
