She grabs his hand during a jump scare and his hand was limp. He didn't support her grip and now she thinks he's weak of mind.

I guess it sounds reasonable but there's a lot of explanations for that 😂

I don't think it would apply to me. I don't like horror movies in the first place and I don't think I would go see one freely. One would have to drug me and drag me to see a horror movie.

Now, assuming that I have agreed to go and see a horror movie and that I grab his hand just to find it limp, then I would assume that he has passed away from a heart attack at the sight of that jump scare.

I would probably scream, not because of the jump scare but because there is a dead man next to me.
