I broke up with my boyfriend of two years because he told me he needed a break and I said:

For me, it needs to be all or nothing because I can't keep having people in and out of my life. I need someone who can love me completely and fully, through the good and the bad. It hurts too much for me to stay in a relationship where I don't feel fully loved and secure. I need stability. I want a home and a family, and I wanted that with you. But I don't think you're ready for that right now, and unfortunately I can't keep waiting for something you're not ready to give me. I care about you deeply, but I have to choose what I need for myself.

He probably didn't even read it cause he just responded focusing on the fact I am on hinge already and told me it's disgusting.

Should I reply and say:

You’re the one who told me you don't want to be together. You’ve also been clear that you’re not ready for me to live with you, marriage, or children. I’m not going to wait around for someone who can’t even decide if they want to be with me or not.

Or just ignore him?

I can see his POV. It’s not like you were in a 2-3 months relationship, it was 2 years now you’re already moving on. So that puts in question did you really love him? Sounds more like you’re looking quick just to find someone to secure your future by putting yourself online that quick. Yes I get a number of men do the same. As for responding to him, no ignore it. You two don’t sound good for each other. He’s hurt, feels betrayed, like he was nothing to you. You broke up w him so yes he still has feelings for you. He just said he needed a break.
