I can understand that he's busy with school projects. He does sound a little annoyed. In my opinion he should tell you when he will be available to get together and not leave you wondering.

Well at first we was talking to eachother and like telling eachother we like eachother. But then I blocked him because he had me waiting for 4 hours last time as he fell asleep. But the thing is he told me to add him back and I did and he was like hugging me and kissing me but I wouldn’t let him kiss me. So I added him back and as the weather was really good I thought why not just ask him? I hope I don’t sound desperate or anything
