Fellas.. Why do men trash their ex-girlfriends? Is this a normal behavior of someone when they went through a break-up? How long usually the trash-talk lasts?

men don't trash talk, Boys do, The difference is a matter of sanity & maturity. I don't get it, my ex's cheated on me, yay for her, just on to the next one. Why make it a big deal? Its in the past, water under the bridge, who cares?

If your ex is trash talking you, tell him he has a pequeno pene (small penis), & block him. Conversation over, you win.

But I talk trash about ALL WOMEN! Bunch of self centered, narcissistic ****s. Only care about what YOU want in a relationship. Until you are a used up fat ass with 4 kids from 3 different douchebags you were stupid enough to have unprotected sex with. Then expect the guys you ignored in the past, to rescue your broken ass, because he never had a chance the first time... he makes more money than the losers you passed him up for, and you expect him to take care of you and your bastards!

The last time I saw my ex which was 8 months into NC, he trashed talked me after all his friends were raving about how cool and awesome I was. I did nothing to this guy at all. Personally, I think it's to make them look superior in front of there buddies. I think it just makes them look foolish.

I don't, but honestly it can be pretty normal especially if one of the partners is mad, usually the best way to deal with it is to ignore it.
