Well... I'm not directly involved, so i don't really know too well, but wouldn't it be best to have a face-to face talk with him?
Or text him back using her phone something like "wanna go out" or you know something like that and wait for answer XD
Basically set a trap or try acting as an adult and talk to him after all he is your boyfriend and you shouldn't be afraid to discuss things that bother you
