Guys, Should I ask him to hangout today?

I have been talking to this guy for two months now and Monday I asked him to hangout but he couldn't because he was going to his sisters today I was going to ask him to hangout and see if he says yes but I don't know if I should. The picture below is our conversation we had Monday he sticks at texting but that no excuse I jut need advice if I should ask him or not. He is the grey bubble and I'm the green and if it matter I am 24 and he is 33.

Well I talk to yesterday if he is still interested in me and he said yes and he just busy but i still feel like I need to fall back
