If I was on the dating scene, I could give it a shot. I'm not dating though, so no, lol. However, in all my years of studying music in university, I've had a lot of metalhead classmates and I've had very little in common with them aside from school. I don't know why that is but it was hard to make friends with them.

Well, he knew that I didn't like metal because it made my head hurt and I couldn't hear what they were saying, so he figured that I'd probably end up loving power metal and it turns out that I do. He's into heavier stuff, but we generally listen to power metal. I think we have listened to Sonata Arctica during 'our intimate moments'.

Lol a fan of the band Skillet, they are a Christian Rock Band but they are sort of deeper more metal-ish but don't quite fit into the metal genre still rock. They are an amazing band though.

Lol you'd actually be surprised how many atheists love Skillet despite it being a fierce Christian band but they have such great music that it attracts all kinds of people lol. Don't worry though you would never peg them as a christian band if you didn't have prior knowledge of it.

To me, there's a significant difference between a metalhead and a metal fan. I'm a former hardcore metalhead, still am a metal fan but don't consider myself a metalhead. I wouldn't date a metalhead, but would be perfectly fine with a chick who listened to metal.
