To truly appreciate this you probably need to understand the Asian mindset. Asian culture is huge on status. Of course this is a generalisation, but its also generally true. Now I am an Asian guy, when I travel to Asia you should see how EASY it is for me to get laid. Its so easy its not not even funny. This is consistent with my friends who travel there too.

Now why is that? because they are poor? No, the women I've been with in Asia are mostly highly educated and well paid white collar professionals in 1st world countries/cities. In many cases, they earn more than me. They are certainly not looking for a life overseas or quitting their jobs. I'm genetically Asian, so its not to do with the fact that I might be taller, more muscular, larger penis than the local men. The only difference in fact, is I speak good English and I'm from a Western Country. That alone is a HUGE plus in the eyes of an Asian woman living in Asia. Why is that?

Look at how hard Asians try to be Western (eye surgery, nose surgery etc). They perceive things as Western to be better. And because I'm from a Western country that represents 'status' alone. The same can be said of the white guys I've met in Shanghai, most of them are English teachers and hardly command a high salary (even by Chinese standards), so why are they so high demand by wealthy, educated Chinese women? If you don't think status is at least a part of their reason, you are ignorant. But if you aren't Asian, I understand, since Asian culture is almost like a different world.

Did you know that in China for a man to get a date (especially in large cities like Shanghai), he needs own a house or a car? This is NOT an exception I'm bringing up, its the rule. Hence why many, if not most of my male cousins are single. Chinese society is SO fixated on status of a person. Why do you think (in general) Asian people are racist towards Blacks, but generally favourable towards whites? Even if the black man is tall, rich etc? It's because Asian society perceives a white man as having higher in the social hierarchy than a black man. Is it racist? Yes. But more importantly for this discussion, Is it true? Yes.
