Women that simply pull their hair up in a messy bun are usually low maintenance and I would consider this a good trait. She probably just throws it up :) If it looks like the picture it is likely anywhere from below-the-shoulders to mid-back. You could ask her... or, you could keep it a mystery until you finally see it down. I love surprises, so I would wait it out. I bet this girl has no idea that something as simple as wearing a messy bun on every date thus far has created such allure in the relationship. Good job for her and lucky you :)
I do the same thing. You can ask or do it yourself, it doesn't matter.

Bet with her something agreeing that if she loses she will show you her loose hair. You can have a fifty percent probability of winning the bet and if you don't you indirectly makes her know that you are interested on seeing her loose hair.
