Sorry I meant to say modestly dressed women.
I'm getting tired of all these college children who wear tiny skirts and then purposefully position themselves infront of you on the stairs so that you can easily see their panties.
If a woman wears a skirt I would like it to be long enough that I can't see up it. At least long enough that I have to get craft enough to catch a peek up it.
