I genuinely like salad. I'm not on a diet or anything. But a good spinach or arugula salad with salmon is like my ideal dinner. But I get the impression that it's bad to order salad on a date because it looks like you're on a diet/obsessed with weight. I'm a pretty tiny girl already but I'm a healthy weight and I don't look rail-thin or anything.
I'm honestly the kind of person who doesn't think much about weight at all - I weigh myself once a month to make sure there's no major changes, but other than that I just try to eat decent (not obsessive or anything, just like not eating pizza and chips every night) and maintain some activity.
