This guy I had a crush on for about a month randomly started flirting with me. He's a quieter/shy guy, but he definitely knows how attractive he is. He also probably knows he could get any girl he wants. For 3-4 months we've been in the same space (work/school) and he hasn't said more than about 10 words to me till last week. We haven't even had a formal introduction. All of a sudden though he's flirting with me like an elementary school boy and giving me crazy intense eye contact. And it didn't start out with friendly chat, he just jumped straight into giving me tons of attention. I'm a quieter and more hesitant girl, also younger. Maybe he's trying to get laid because he thinks I'm an easy catch?

No, let him into your pants when you want to. I know guys (and girls) who married people who they had sex with the first time they met them. If it fades after one night, chances are it wasn't going to last 40 years even if you made him wait.
