Why he suddenly stopped flirting with me?

He's in a managerial level, me as a rank and file. He started flirting with me for a month now through his gestures and touchings. I know He is attracted to me and i am too. Last week July 9, everybody's went home already, I went to comfort room to retouch and when I walk out he's there (maybe going to pee or what) he asked me "going home already?" with his hands on my tummy, i suddenly felt the electricty through my body, and i said "yes" and hugged him. On the next day, he's nice to me, smiles at me teasing me, he also touched me at my back. I don't know how to respond to everything he's doing to me and all I did was to smile at him, I can't look straight into his eyes maybe because of the previous incedent. Now, yesterday (july 13) and today (july 14), he suddenly went cold. He doesn't look at me nor smile and i feel bad about it. I don't know what happened to this guy. He always gives me a mixed signals that is so confusing. :( Help!

My feelings is that talk of your physical familiarity has reached the higher-ups and he's been warned to desist from such acts, at least within the office premises.
Office romance isn't usually a good thing, but if it has to happen then give expression to your feelings outside the office premises and in your own time, not office hours.

I'm very confused to him, he's hot and cold to me. This past few days, he's very touchy and sweet, we also made chitchat through sms, but all of a sudden the next morning, he became cold i don't know why or how did i offend him. :(

He's probably torn-it is increadibly unproffessional to act like that towards someone who works under you. Or perhaps he keeps his shows of affection for when no one is around to hide what he is doing.

that's exactly what he is. Actually yesterday eve, he waited for me to be alone, then started to have a mini convo and personal infos, then later on we have this "holding hands while chatting" then before we go home, we did snuggle. And i feel happy at the same time nervous because i don't want this sort of "flirting" to be known by everyone.

It sounds like he also doesn't want everyone to know of his flirting with you (understandably so). I would say for anything to work you both need to be on the same page and have the boundaries that at work you are boss and employee. After hours and away from the company you are flirting.

Perhaps he realizes it's unprofessional or someone commented on it to him. Many work places have rules prohibiting this. Sorry you feel bummed about it.

I think im starting to like him. :( and i don't want to be a loser. There are some days he's so touchy and showy the next day he doesn't. I have no right but i feel hurt esp when he just passes me by as if he never knew me. :(
