Why did he stop flirting?

There this guy at work that would flirt with me. We hang out one time and he treated me like his girlfriend. We would text all the time too but out of no where he stop texting me and stop answering my texts. I don't know what happened. He still talks to me at work when I see him. Should I say something or more on ?

He may of got a sign from you to chill out. I was flirting with this girl for a couple of weeks (going into her work and talking and such). I thought she didn't like me like that so I stopped going. Then when I went back by her store after about a month (I was going somewhere else and she saw me) she brought me in and started talking to me. It has escalated since then. Just take a chance. What's the worst that could happen. He turns you down, so what.
