Why are many good men single?

Question

I can't understand how so many good men are still single. When I asked them how they are still single I get the following responses:

I'm not lucky with women or haven't been lucky yet
I'm too poor
Women just don't like me
I am probably meant to be single
And my personal favorite: I really don't know

Really? I can't comprehend this. How is it, that they are still single? They're smart, funny, honest and nice and either never had a girlfriend or had only short term friendships with girls. There are girls out there, who would like them with these traits but I can't understand how they are still single! What is going on? Is this common?

Why?
Because most young women want scumbag bad boys, not good men.
Because false rape allegations, Title IX and the risk of a career or education ending sexual harassment complaint.
Because in Britain and Europe cat-calling laws are being rolled out, which make it an Orwellian thought crime to approach a woman. Approach a girl, go to gaol.
Because divorce law is so grotesquely unfair to men that only a naive fool would allow a woman to move in, or marry her.
Because one night of sex can lead to a lifetime of child-support payments, as well as a false rape allegation.
In short, women, as a collective, have made themselves so toxic, so legally and financially dangerous, that no sane, informed and intelligent man would want anything to do with a female.

Because good guys aren't that outgoing like bad ones, so it means you won't meet good guys at clubs, bars etc... They aren't that active on dating sites or in social life like bad guys, bad guys usually like being in centre of attention so it means they will catch your attention much easier, they are usually very good at flirting with women, has good sense of humour, they like women attention, women like being in competition with each other.
Also good guys are usually portraited as weak, bad guys as cool ones, so that's why good guys are usually being rejected or left in friendzone because they are viewed as weak, boring ones.

1) They're not meeting the women they want either because the women they want aren't attracted to them or they don't know how to generate their own opportunities.

2) They're not social and can't connect with people well

3) They don't have the mental and emotional fortitude to pursue girl after girl with reckless abandon until they find one who wants him as much as he wants her

4) They have high standards

5) They don't know how to escalate things physically without feeling like they're taking advantage of the girl

6) They don't believe they're good enough to be relationship material

I would not term myself a " good " man , as I have my faults & can be belligerent , in my case I' m a single dad , also working FT , I don't have the inclination to date... the last thing I want is a repeat of the marriage I escaped from !!
However , there are more men than women ( a lot more boys are born than girls ) , especially in the younger age groups , also it is FAR harder for a man to win over a woman , than vice versa , men are simply not as in demand as women are. These would be major factors.

The thing is we never get a good feedback, we try endlessly to get a girl and then Boom she friendzones you for years, while you try with others it happens the same. It happened dozens of times for me just because I am a caring and nice person. You must be a badass as a man to get the girl and I hate that. You should be attracted to masculinity obviously but.. I don't see why you girls are somehow attracted to bullshit like a guy that cheats you or doesn't buy you a flower at all or swears at you and a guy that does all the means to get to you, romantically is so ignored and dumped in the Friendzone.

Because courting women isn't taught at school. Must men don't know how to approach women in the right way and it takes 50 or more approaches before you find the right one. A typical guy might only approach that many in a year. There's too much disparity between guys and girls dating potential. So when a guy does find a girl that likes him, he'll go along with it but realise later they aren't compatible and so break up later.

Let's be honest. Women may be more intimidating than ever before. Also, let's not forget that women like shit and they need a man with shit who's got his own place and career. He needs to be able to buy her shit from H&M, Zara, Christian louboutin etc. so she can take WONDERFUL pictures on instagram. The men have gotten poorer but women still want stuff so now most men will die without touching a woman and women will continue to run down only the best men/earners.

Their bar is set really high. The best women are grabbed up early. I met my wife when she was 21. The 30 plus offering are not worth having for the most part. Bad credit, promiscuity, designer label addiction, weave addiction, etc. Too much to risk when marrying these women. If a 30 something really has his shit together and has acquired assets he has more to lose than gain. Especially if they have children.

I can answer the qn for you. In order to be happy, being single works best. For those who can deal with commitments, relationship, emotional shit etc, being single is the cure. Not everyone needs or wants someone else but are content by themselves.

This is actually very common. Women are attracted to confidence because confidence is sexy. Women usually go for so-called bad boys because they exude confidence even if it's fake. When it comes to good men most of them can be funny, smart, etc. But if they don't have the confidence to back it up, then it's all for nothing. It's a sad thing, but men with low confidence usually give answers like you the ones that you've heard when asked why they're single. Hope this helps

Well, Good guys are guys that have girlfriends. If a guy is single, he can't be a good guy. That's where your confusion lies, they may seem like a good guys, but the reason they don't have a girlfriend is because their bad. Notice how some guys can have multiple girls at the same time, or beat them? Girls put up with it because that guy has proof that he's a good guy and better than any single guy out there. Being a guy with no girlfriend means he's weak, a pussy, and overall just a horrible person. Girls rather sleep with guys who mentally and physically hurt them than with a virgin. It's nature, only the alpha's get to have girlfriends because that's who girls choose.
