Girlfriend doesn't text as much anymore, is this a sign that she's losing interest?

My girlfriend doesn't text me as frequent as she used to, we have been dating for over two months she used to text me a lot even when she was at work, but it seems the surge is dying out, we don't hang out that much as well. is it normal for a relationship to kind of slow down after a while or is she losing interest in me? I'm very concerned.

It's definitely normal for things to slow down the longer you're in the relationship. It's easier to want to put in so much time when things are new and fresh, even when you're busy. But it's probably bc you've already established the relationship, so she's not worried about taking some time to focus on other aspects of her life. She's likely sure that your relationship is stable enough to endure some healthy space. Sometimes it does mean a person's losing interest, but sometimes it doesn't. I'm not her nor am I in the relationship, so I can't tell you that.

What are the reasons that you don't hang out as much? What about you? Have you slowed down as well?

well the reason is that we both have jobs and other things.. however, before she used to free up time for me despite being busy, and I used to drive to her office at lunchtime bring her some lunch and spend time. but i know that's not sustainable specially that he office is about 30 miles away for me

Do you still initiate contact as often as before? Maybe she has noticed the same thing with you too. hence is she backing off or slowing down.

yes I have always initiated most of the time, but i want it to be a little balanced, I dont want to be the one always chassing, that will make me look needy

Once you start pulling away as well, she will notice it. Maybe her work is stressing her out and taking a toll on her. You guys should sit down and talk about this...
