That pictures really weird and it worth it - I don’t know why she go around w them looking like that... I wake up at 3am to walk my dog every school week to make sure she’s walked before I have to leave her home until 3pm, and I am broke but I always make sure to get her special things to make her happy.

  Im 16 no worries not too young for muscle training i work out like 1 hour every second day for 1 month now
  First trained upper arm and chest
  Then i added under leg training then after 2 weeks i added tummy training then 3 weeks added under arm training and today i added upper leg to my work out plan so i pretty much train my whole body now

  I have two legs days (one quads day, one glutes-hamstrings day) and two upper body days (one bicep-chest-back day and one delts-chests day) and one day of cardio (i mostly do plyometrics exercises)
  And i’m 16 in 2018 by the way. I have been training for two years now. Not trying to brag or anything but i’m pretty proud of my quads, and my abs haha
