He leaves me on open on snapchat a lot, what should I do?

I started talking to this guy just recently and we’ve been talking for probably a week now and he will snapchat me and stuff and he definitely seems interested like he said he wants to go out soon but he seems to always leave me on open on snapchat and he will snapchat me back later usually but it won’t be in response to what I sent him. Is there maybe something I could say to get his attention? I just want to be able to talk to him more and have conversations but I’m not sure what to say?

there can be two possibilities,

either he is no longer interested but keeping you as backup
or
he is busy

I knw, u won't be replying to this opinion (so will generate hypothesis for both)

if he is not interested anymore then the replies (which he will do, after sometime won't be a conversation builder but will be a tailing ones)

if he is busy then those replies should be conversation builder, because he is righting out his emotional feelings in one or 2 lines (so those are)

Just see in which of the following this guy lies in and do take action accordingly

I actually hate people who leave me on open its really annoying. The only time he should leave you on open is if you are saying goodbye/goodnight to each other.. as for getting his attention don't do anything silly like sending a sexual picture cause that's not what you want try and make the conversation fun and long. Ask questions talk about fun things! Just keep it interesting all the best :')
