Is this a good second date outfit?

We're going out to dinner at a slightly formal restaurant. I want to look nice and show him I'm interested. I want to wear an outfit similar to this. Few changes though. One, my jeans dont have holes in them. Second my shirt has sleeves and is form fitting. Three, my shoes are going to be black bootes. And four, my hair is thick, dark brown, and curly.

For a slightly formal restaurant, I'd opt for a minidress or miniskirt with sheer suntan stockings or pantyhose and high heels, and a V-neck top. Pants wouldn't be as dressy and I think he'd appreciate seeing you more feminine showing your silky legs and shapely features.

If I was going to say anything, I'd say maybe not all black. You want to look a little more inviting, so add a splash of colour I'd say. It's a nice outfit, just not personally what id choose, I ssee it more casual day out around town.

Don't wear a skirt, I meant about the top. I wouldn't wear those rights with the skirt as the skirt would give off the little bit. Of colour i wanted

That's a fantastic choice. Try to add some light jewelry though. This is a nicer place, do you do want to dance around the nice/casual line... just make sure you spent slightly more time dancing on the nicer side.
