For a slightly formal restaurant, I'd opt for a minidress or miniskirt with sheer suntan stockings or pantyhose and high heels, and a V-neck top. Pants wouldn't be as dressy and I think he'd appreciate seeing you more feminine showing your silky legs and shapely features.

If I was going to say anything, I'd say maybe not all black. You want to look a little more inviting, so add a splash of colour I'd say. It's a nice outfit, just not personally what id choose, I ssee it more casual day out around town.
I was going to point out the pants but I’m glad you won’t wear ripped jeans. I think it’s cute but I would add some color. Sounds like a lot of black.
That's a fantastic choice. Try to add some light jewelry though. This is a nicer place, do you do want to dance around the nice/casual line... just make sure you spent slightly more time dancing on the nicer side.
Yes, but don't even THINK about wearing that on a third date.

It looks good, and will be better without the holes.
You look amazing. Any guy would be lucky to have you
nice for a second date with a witch, how long have you been practicing black magic
sounds too hot. probably will be hard for him to focus. lol
Looks good. Hope he doesn't see this so it's a nice surprise...
Lol if you have to lie about who you are by using clothing to cover yourself up or make an impression on someone who gives a fuck you already failed at being a good person lol
Sounds like an ideal outfit for the 2nd date
