Girlfriend didn't kiss me goodbye? Any ideas why?

When we say goodbye we always kiss and hug, this time she just hugged me... she seemed normal enough, a few minutes before she made a comment about me shaving my beard saying I look like a baby without it and she is going for her driving lesson so I told her not to be nervous she'll do great
