as far as i know, a white and an indian of either gender mix would create the same opportunity for a child. the genes passed to that child are solely predicated on the genes of the parents. if your parents don't have good genes then your child will only take the best of a bad situation.

i'm glad you associate yourself distinctly as indian. i don't know why indians are grouped as Asians but they are. it's indian culture to marry within the indian race through arranged marraige as you know. the phenomenon that you speak of could be because the patriarch of the family arranges the marraige. i imagine that he has more influence over a daughter (because he gives the dowry) than a son.
