Why would anyone include another person in a profile picture for a dating/hookup site but especially when a child is pictured too.
People do not want to see group photos they want a photo of the person who has the account, Not pictures of the family at a Holliday party or such.

Under no circumstances should you have a child in any of your pics on a dating app, even if the kid is yours. I suspect most won't allow you to display such a pic in your profile.
