I think both men and women should speak up when there's an issue and try to work through it rather than keeping things in and adding pressure or build up stress. People should talk to each other with reason, don't just go yelling at each other, saying bad words, and making hurtful comments. It's also important to understand the circumstances, like sometimes you have to wait a bit bring up an issue because the other person is going through a tough time at work. So, voice your opinions but also be considerate the other's situation.
