What's your opinions on the notion that men's peace is often found in isolation from the women they commit to in relationships?

A common experience of many men today after coming home from work is that they stop in or near their HOME , then take the next few minutes sitting in their car to decompress and 'recover' from being away and to reset themselves in such a way as to prepare their psyche to enter a place that ought to be where their peace should be.

Solutions to this aren't necessary but add them if they're novel.

I can relate to doing this, my home is not my peace
This doesn't match my lived experience, my home is my peace
This isn't just a guy thing, women in relationships also experience this
