Why are men expected to keep a romantic relationship together with women?

I've seen a lot of videos on social media of women divorcing men, and after the divorce, she sad that he didn't fight to keep their romantic relationship alive. I believe that it shouldn't be just on the man to keep the relationship alive. Women should also show interest in keeping the relationship alive as well. Why do women expect men to keep the relationship alive? Is it because of his gender? What's y'alls opinion?

Well I think they might actually include passion with romance.

Look we're expected to carefully coach our girl to orgasm routinely and whilst we can ejaculate in 60 seconds or less, it takes a woman 15 minutes to orgasm on some stats but in my experience it takes much longer (including all the foreplay).

So couples develop routines that get the job done reliably. The only problem is that routines get boring. When you first met your girl you were all over her like a rash and highly demanding. You were passionate for her.

Along the line, nights of patiently coaching her to orgasm takes away the sex and sex now passion. Your girl will start saying NO to sex once she thinks you are bonded and a lot of men foolishly accept her NO.

I think men should never accept No from their girl and that as well patiently coaching their girl to orgasm there should some 60 second sex and sex now. But there are more subtle ways of doing it. Broadly if you cause her to think more positively on sex she will end up wanting to.

i think it is assumed that women also have to do that but the women who say these things typically feel that he hasn't done close to as much as she did, which isn't necessarily an objective truth but that's what she feels and that's why they break up.
