Do y’all believe In 50/50 relationships? And if you’re in one as a man can you demand submission from women?

Im definitely not a fan 😬. Usually from what I’ve witnessed the women is stuck to do the house work , child rearing, cooking , and going to work... Whereas the man just works but women are still expected to cater , submit , and worry about the man’s emotional state when often times it’s not reciprocated for women so should we still submit or should y’all just submit to us 👀 (by the way I’m not gonna do disclaimers saying not all men like duh it’s not all men but it’s a good amount to ask the question 🤷🏾‍♀️

Let's be honest, that's not 50/50 is it?
Both parties need to be happy and satisfied.
Also I don't think it needs to be like that.
A woman can work while the man does the housework.
Both can work and devide chores.
Just find a balance that works for both you and your partner while taking care of eachother at the same time.

Well, it all depends. If the man is out there toiling *overtime* at a job he hates, that's a fair tradeoff, no? Obviously, if she works too, some accommodations need to be made.

"Quid Pro Quo" should be the key words. It won't ever be 100% even, but try to be.

Yeah thats basically my moms marriage. It's "50/50" meaning they each pay half the bills but it's not 50/50 anywhere else. She does everything around the house and even serves him his meals cause he's too fat and lazy 😃😃😃😃😃😃

We have a 50/50 relationship. I do some of the housework like laundry and vacuuming. I do all the home repair/ maintenance and cook once in a while. It is a pretty even split. Any medical or health insurance stuff automatically goes to my wife. I don;t even want to look at it.

I treat my wife like gold, and she treats me like gold. But I am definitely the leader in the relationship, and she wouldn't want it an other way. We do have gender roles in our relationship and that works great for us.

Just do what works for you and don't worry about what others do.

I believe in 50/50, male-led, and female-led relationships. A lot of women do want the man to wear the pants, but that dynamic isn't for everyone. What works for you, works for you.

Submission isn't a matter of who apports more but more of a traditional attraction between the gender roles. Roles being how you both portray yourselves in this case.
