My jawline isn’t so great and I feel insecure about it. How important is it to girls?
How important is it to you that a guy has a good jawline?
People doesn't judge a facial feature alone only, but rather how the whole face and body looks like in total. A defined jawline is important to attract women and to look masculine, so it plays a role in the physical attraction part. Most women likes a defined jawline and if the guy don't have one, many may prefer him growing a beard to make it look better.
So for physical attraction, the jaw plays a big role. When it comes to other forms of attraction appearance may play a less of a role and some women gets attracted by personalities too.
Some women and men finds personality most important, but others cares equally much about personality and looks.
The guy to the right has an average jawline and most women think it's good enough. You don't need to look like Brad Pitt.
Even average Joe can get a good jawline with a good beard.
Since you're 16, people won't have high expectation to you. You're still under aged. It's mostly adults - ca. 20 years old a good jawline is valued on.

For a real relationship there needs to be a attraction but looks aren't everything. I'd rather have a decent looking guy that's nice, polite, funny, humble. Than a hot guy that's a dick. I'm just using this as an example so people don't get offended

It's a freaking jaw, why are people judging others on this.
You can't change your jaws look unless you get some crazy surgery.
Seriously this is why dating is so slow nowadays you don't need a partner with a perfect jaw they aren't Lego people you can just swap bits out of.
If you found your perfect partner I'd be slight creeped out because I know my perfect partner isn't realistic.
