You definetely see more white girls with black guys than white guys and black girls around here. But I think interracial dating is extremely beautiful and people should NOT be afraid to date whoever they are attracted to no matter the race. Love is love.
I'm mixed. My mom is white and my dad is black. And I'm dating a white guy. I like the difference in skintone, it is beautiful :) anyways, date who you want and don't let others tell you who to date cause at the end of the day, your happiness is what matters. Not theirs.
These are personal choices that the people involved in the relationship have to navigate. The only race is the human race. No one is obligated to preserve anything except a good relationship, and later a good home and family.
There are humans from different regions who show superficial differences in skin, hair, and eye shape and color. There are different languages. However, in the scope of things, these differences are negligible. We all have hearts, minds, and most importantly, the need to love and be loved.

So tell me why my friends, the woman a Latina, the man a Vietnamese, should have "stuck to their own kind?" They have been married about half as long as you've been alive. They are going strong. They are wonderfully happy. They are great role models for their children (and she is a teacher, so she's a great role model for many children).
And of their children, who are mixed race. Serious question. Who should they date when they come of age? Only Latino/Vietnamese? Should they pick one of these ethnicities and stick to them? And if so, why?
And my own marriage, which lasted until death did us part. She's Korean. I'm white. Given how incredibly happy we were, given that both of us are responsible adults, given that both our families blessed our relationship and were incredibly happy for us (mind you, our families don't have manure for brains), given how much we learned from each other, how much we supported each other, why on earth do you think we should *not* have married each other and "stick with our own kind?"
