A shorter guy by a landslide. Shorter guys are seen as less masculine, but if they show any masculine traits they are said to suffer from the "Napoleon complex." Tall women might occasionally get rejected based on their height, but not with the frequency that shorter guys do. And for many, taller women are seen as very attractive.
A short guy looses some respect and power in the group of men - may have a harder time finding a women due to lack of esteem and less worthy feeling. Tall women can still go out with tall men although they may still get occasionally ostracised by their other female peers.
Short guys get it harder in my opinion.
In my country (wales) everyone is really short. There's very few men over 6ft which is good or we'd need ladders for a kiss

I know I personally find tall girls attractive. I'm 6'2" and I'd be fine dating a girl 6'7".
I hear more girls talk about wanting a guy taller than they are or being attracted to tall guys so I'm guessing a short guy may get rejected more. I never really hear guys talking about thinking tall girls are a turn off.

Well, it depends on the specific heights of the man and woman. From the research that I’ve seen, women usually want someone their height or taller, but not a specific height above theirs. The reverse is true for men, wanting a woman around their height or shorter. The same things that make a taller man more appealing to women, are the opposite that make a shorter woman appealing to men. Women want to feel more feminine, protected; men want to feel more masculine and protecting.
My ex is almost as tall as i am. She's 6'2 and i'm 6'4. Her new boyfriend was 5'9 lol and you could see the difference yeah. So honestly, this whole tall girl tall guy thing shouldn't be seen as terrible or laughable or whatever, it should be very okay for a tall girl to be with a tall guy or whatever
