How much easier is it to pick up girls when you're muscular?

Question

I've been going to the gym 5 days of week since October every week and I've gotten pretty muscular at this point. I haven't approach much money though, and with my summer classes starting soon I think I might.

Are they more responsive? What are my chances? I'd say I have a decent face and I have a good jawline too. I'm somewhat socially awkward at first, but A.) I'd get more practice by approaching them.. and B.) Once I find a good topic to converse about it's not so bad.

Any tips on approaching them?

It does give you a better chance, the people here are talking out of their asses.

For me it made a big difference, and in fact sometimes I'd actually get approached by girls asking for my number. That didn't happen when I was skinny.

Women will often say it doesn't matter or they don't like muscular guys. Normal women do.

But yes, your social skills also matter. Because you can very quickly kill any initial attraction she has for you by either being a dick, being weird or being too shy. A bit of nervousness in the beginning can sometimes be forgiveable.

Where are you planning in approaching these girls?

I don't know I'd say 10 times easier, but it makes a noticeable difference. Even with girls who say they're not into muscular guys. In part because you're just more confident and girls respond well to that, but part of the reason you're more confident is because girls respond better to you due to physical attraction. So it's a positive feedback loop. There is no downside to getting into better shape.

Just clearly define your goals for getting into shape, what that looks like and why you're doing it. You'll save a lot of time and energy without getting distracted by other people's ideas for you.

We don't care about those silly physical things. Whorish women and naive girls do. Real women care about the heart and mind of the person. Just be yourself and befriend women first. Get to know them, then see if dating one of them is worth it. Looks are not eveything. I have shut down handsome men of all types before. Cone correct with good intentions and have something yo offer in a relationship. Show us what you have that others do not. Be unique, not a robot.

Just be a friendly, nice guy and talk to everyone. From there you can meet people/make friends and hit it off with some of them.

Forget about girls, practice talking to everyone first. Once this becomes natural, then your confidence will build. The majority of women are self obsessed so if you don't know what to say, just ask them about themselves. They can talk for days when it's all about them.

I don't think that 'muscles' are too important when it comes to attraction. A lady friend of mine told me recently that she prefers a little bulge at the stomach. And we see plenty of happy couples where everyone looks just 'regular'. Sure - some girls prefer their boy 'athletic'; but not all.

When you're muscular, you can pick up all sorts of things that other people can't. I used to effortlessly carry both of my bass drums at the same time, one in each hand, but my singer, who was a Viet Nam vet Marine, could only handle one at a time. I would also carry two cinder blocks at the same time while others struggled with just one.
As for picking up girls, it depends on how heavy they are.

It won't make much of a difference to them. The difference will be to you. If you were socially awkward and that made you insecure and unwilling to approach a girl, maybe this will give you the confidence to do some approaches. But getting muscles isn't some magical panacea. If you don't ask, you don't ask, whether you're ripped or not.

It does give you an advantage it you’re hot. No matter how many deny it, girls love broad shoulders and a nice stomach.

I’d say, pay a little attention to your hair and clothes. Natural confidence goes a long way.

Women will have you believe there's no difference. But that's only because they don't want to come off as shallow. Trust me, after i got swole it was like night turning to day. Women want a physically attractive man just as much as a guy. The only difference is generally they'll accept less physically attractive. But they still want it.

If you are talking about physically picking them up then it will help To get laid? Not much as women usually go by how good looking your face is and how tall you are. Muscle matters very little

Get a cool haircut, dress well, learn how to start a real conversation. Dont come on too strong. Practice on fat dumb chicks first.
