Should I wait for him to text me while he’s visiting family?

He’s out of town visiting his sister. I haven’t heard from him today and have trust issues but I’m trying really hard to just trust him and believe that he’s just enjoying his time with his family.

I’m planning on giving him some space and seeing what happens. The last time I did this I got ghosted so I’m freaking out.

You could try and text him things like "how was the drive" or "how's your sister? Tell her I said hi" to not sound nosy. If he was busy or driving then he would reply later, right? Then at the end of the day before he goes to sleep ask him to do a video call or something saying you miss him.
