I really wonder why he observed me?

My host family were already gone to an apero in the garden. Only me and the son would have to go after. His sister told him he would go with me and he didn't answered anything.

I was in my room and as he called me I came out. He was walking pass me and turned to me and looked me super quick up and down with his eyes. Like he would scan my body.

During the way he asked me a lot of questions, like what I am doing and when's my birthday. As we've arrived we stopped talking to each-other and gone away. But I would have loved talking to him more. He also with me? He only really speaks with me, when we are alone.

He was sitting there with the others at the table and I caught him looking at me THE WHOLE TIME. Why?
I really wonder why he observed me?
