What should I do if my friend’s boyfriend swiped right on me on tinder?

One of my good friends here in college started dating a new guy which she met on Tinder, and said I should try it as well. I made an account and even got a month of tinder gold, and today I saw that one of my likes is from her boyfriend. What should I do? Do I tell her? I took a screenshot of my likes page with him there just in case.

I told her! I sent her a text with the screenshot I took, and she was pretty upset but glad I told her. She confronted him about it over text, and right now we're waiting for his reply. Thanks for your help, everyone.

Maybe your friend told him to in order to see if you were the kind of friend that would try and steal her boyfriend. As far as I'm concerned, anyone who uses Tinder should not complain and maybe even deserve what they get for that matter. I mean what can you really expect from a hook up site?

Honestly, I wish this was the case, lol. I let her know, and she was pissed at her boyfriend and sent him a text immediately. I'd rather it just be some test. I guess you're right about Tinder though. I think I'll just delete it, this is so messy.

If he doesn't recognize you, you could try to keep the conversation going to get some more incriminating evidence to bring to her so he can't just try to play it off with a lie

Act oblivious and flirty, see if you can his number or agree to meet up for a bang. Only possible problem I see with this, is that if he realizes who you are he might try to tell his girlfriend, and make it seem like you're betraying her. Do what you think is safest.
