We work together so it’s hard to ignore her and not talk to her but it looks like she does it with everybody so I’m nobody special. I think it’s in her personality. I agree with the last thing you said that is why I don’t flirt back. Sometimes she buys me snacks and I offered to do the same but she didn’t accept it, she doesn’t want to give me the wrong idea right?

I think she's just trying to lighten the mood to make you feel at easy. I had a friend that did that to guys and girls a like. I asked her why, but she said she was just breaking the ice. I think it's just force of habit with her, she's probably feels more at easy with people if she is flirting, rather than talking about the weather.
