Girl at work keeps flirting with me, but has a boyfriend!

So this girl works the ticket booth which doubles as staff storage. Everytime I go to the back to check my phone and turn around, she's staring and smiling at me. Usually we end up flirting, and I've been pretty direct with this girl, and so far it's the green light...except that she has a boyfriend. I'm all for the flirting and everything, and I think she's really hot too, but my dilemma is this.

Should I go for it and break her up with her boyfriend? Or should I just drop it and be on my way?

Background: I have broken up a couple before, and although I don't feel guilty (the guy was my enemy), I'd rather not do it again.

P.s. I am not looking for a girlfriend, nor a one night stand. Maybe casual dating.. I guess. lol

Dont stick your pen in the company ink buddy...Your situation has bad karma written all over it. If you do boink her your work life will suck. And after you boink her and make the mistake of not paying attention to her, she will tell her boyfriend some bs lie that you are flirting with her just to get him to trip on you and make your life a living hell. Plus, when you do find a girl YOU like you won't help but think that she will boink another guy as that is what you have dished out to girls in relationships. No one wins with tail at work. Take it from me. I used to be you until I had a fiance try and kill me at my workplace all because HIS girlfriend was a whore. I'm saving you bigtime on this one buddy.

Personally, it doesn't sound worth it. One, she may just be one of those people that teases people that are interested in them with no idea of going further, and you don't want to give that kind of person the satisfaction of turning you down. Two, if she is the type to ditch her boyfriend for casual dating or an affair, she doesn't seem like that great of a person to waste time on anyway to be honest. Three, if you have to see this girl often because of work or what not, you don't want to have things turn sour and have to see her so often afterwards. It sounds like there is way too much potential for drama from her relationship issues and work, so you could probably find better options elsewhere.

... If you're not looking for a girlfriend, I wouldn't do it. What's the point of breaking up a couple if your just going to go out on casual dates now and then? And if it did get serious, if she broke up with her guy for you, what's stopping her from doing it again and doing it to you instead?

and yeah casual dating vs. her relationship is not worth it for either of you
