He only messages on a dating app every couple of days, uninterested?

We matched a month ago, but we had to cancel our date because of the pandemic. He told me he’s looking forward to meeting me sometime soon, however he only replies to his messages once a day, he’s only active once a day. He sends me a long paragraph and asks me loads of questions. I don’t know if I should take it as a sign as being uninterested or this is just his way of messaging. He hasn’t asked for my number yet.

I usually take a day or two to reply to match his style, I don’t want to message too much as will leave nothing to talk about when we do meet! Plus I wanna drag it out until then?
