Plan to send this girl a text but very nervous about it , thoughs advice?

i meet her at my gym , she was well known there so at some point i figured out what her name and number was. we talked in person a bunch of times so she'd be very familar with me and never seemed to have an issue with me and likely aware that i liked her and such

haven't seen her for 2 weeks as the gym closed due to virus restrictions , been thinking of reaching out to her since but nervous about it and not sure how she''ll react ,

realise its just 1 message and if she doesn't reply i likely won't see her for a little while anyways , its just i really liked her and with all thats going on rate now , not sure i could deal with any more negativity if this goes badly

it didn't seem to go over that well although without being able to see her in person at the gym its hard to determine what her reaction was , feel relived that its over for now , perhaps i should of went about it differently but since i had talked to her in person so many times didn't see 1 text as an issue

we talked a bunch of times so don't think she'd have an issue , i agree that perhaps finding her # makes this iffy , if she asked how i got it , was just going to say i asked a friend who knew it , we live in a small town so a lot of people would know others cell # here , i don't think that be an issue

i sent another text to her which i felt better explained things as i think there was a lot of confusion last night as things happened very quickly , i won't text her anymore if she doesn't reply and not sure when i would even see her in person again as the gym and such are closed , not really sure what else i can do at this point
