Why do girls never approach me?

I am kind, funny and generous but still I don't really find a girl who is interested in me either they go after my friend but me. I am so sick of it. Even if I get one it seems they don't really want to go next level. It seems like they are just not interested enough in me.
Why so? And what should I do to get girls approach me?
