Why is that guys think girls can get any boy they want, but they can’t because of their gender?

I have heard the notion that guys get rejected by girls a lot but not the other way around. I don’t agree with this. It’s true that some guys have lower standards in the looks department but they don’t always reciprocate interest. I have had experiences where guys would talk to me just to test waters and then they leave because they are shy or they are busy. I would just appreciate it if more people would sympathize with this problem because guys are not the only ones that can’t get girls they want.

Sure, girls can get rejected to. No one is saying it doesn't happen. We're just saying it happens much more often to guys. For every one rejection you've got, any random guy probably has three times as many or more. You could post a picture of yourself on this website right now and say "Does anyone want to date me" and get no less than five "yes I woulds" in the first five minutes. A guy, no matter how good looking, can do the exact same thing, and get no replies from girls. Maybe one or two replies from other guys.

It is so much easier for girls you can be more picky.
Eg I join a dating site e-mail 20 girls get 1 reply but girls complain about there inbox being full so want a subject that stands out. If I get a reply I will answer it as it could be months before I get another.

You're kidding right? You as a woman are born with value (your looks) so guys approach you left and right. Guys hardly ever get that from girls. If you look at your Instagram you're gonna have a bunch of guys I your DMS wanting to have sex with you. Guys don't get that at all. Hell you can walk into a night club, act crazy, and STILL have guys take you home all based on that fact that you're an attractive woman. Guys do NOT have that privilege. Privilege is invisible to those who have it. At least guys still approach you. Most girls will never even look a guy's way. A bunch of guys would kill to have at least ONE girl approach them for once. Doesn't mean they'll say yes, but it gives us that feeling of us being wanted. It's sad, but it's true. I would just appreciate the fact that all of your options come to you.

Of course, you are correct. Women who think differently are simply in a female echo chamber of their own. I have rejected many girls over the years, some showing an uncomfortable level of interest.

I had one girl which wouldn't take no for an answer. She would phone family members daily wanting to know my location, constantly message me and spam my social media, commenting on every photo. I had to block her, went around her house one night furious. The woman broken me down, I was ready to strangle her lol

I know she got to me because I started looking up disorders to figure out what was wrong with this girl. I honestly believed she had obsessive compulsive disorder and I was her fascination.

She definitely had an entitled personality, I feel like I was the only guy that told her 'no' I didn't want to be with her.

When I got to her house? Let's call it a moment of weakness.

Originally she wouldn't come out the house and like I started I was furious and shouting for her to get out the house, at that point her brother came out. We argued, it end up in a fight, then she and her Father came out. Her Father seemed to understand the situation and her behaviour much better then her brother.
