Both. I once knew a guy who had an entire album dedicated to me on his phone and used to drive up to my house and sit in my driveway for no reason. He was definitely obsessed, and it was creepy, but also a teensy bit flattering. It leaned way more towards creepy though.
It all depends on who it is, if it’s a stranger then yes creepy! If it’s someone I love then I would find it a compliment.
Probably both, but I'm leaning more towards being creeped out unless it's someone I know.
