I think it would be better than, I dont risk creeping a woman out unintentionally and I wouldn't waste her or my time as no woman im into could ever want a guy like me.

The hair being long good, but need style skin needs sunkiss glow, lotions or cosmetics, and eyebrow needs a gay man to go in fix it up, they know best. Then work out. Building neck thickness.

Make sure you work out till age 30. Get the neck face and all. Don't worry about bulk. You need some. Add 15-20 lbs max for muscle then maintain. Sculpt. The muscle never leaves you. It will always be around. It will be good investment , sculpts eyeballs and removes the creep word which is a fake shaming word anyway. But it's important you are able to reject the same woman 10 years later. That is enjoyable.

No, you should not. Approach them where you can/where it is safe to do so, see the feedback, do what you can to be more happy with your looks and persona... Skin and teeth and muscles can all be fixed - certainly to a level of being decent - as can anyone's norms and values and the resulting behaviour.
